Author Carol Topp, CPA is a homeschooling mother and accountant. She uses her accounting skills and experience on her homeschool co-op board to help you start and run a successful homeschool co-op. Carol has helped homeschool groups prepare budgets, keep records, organize a board, write bylaws, and receive their tax-exempt 501c3 status from the IRS. She knows what works and what doesn’t and she shares that knowledge with you.

Carol has written several articles on operating a homeschool group that have appeared in The Old Schoolhouse magazine and Home Education magazine.
